[GAME] How the game plays like?
Dance of Muses uses the mechanics of Tile placement, Tile movement, Dice placement and Dice control to deliver a brand new gaming experience. Games with similar feeling could be Ravensburger’s Labyrinth, Carcassone, Kingdomino, Kingsburg, Roll for the galaxy, Formula Dé… But it also has the taste of classic abstracts like Chess or Backgammon.

[GAME] Will I be able to play the game?
Dance of Muses is a very simple game with few rules. You can learn it in minutes, and play it forever, since the strategies are profound. It’s “easy to learn, hard to master”, like many classic games as Chess or Checkers. It’s perfect for new players of all ages, wonderful to play in the family, and will also accomodate more demanding players like expert chess enthusiasts.
All components colors will be tested to be colour-blind friendly.

[GAME] Does the Cloth Bag can contain everything included in the Deluxe version?
Yes, the bag should fit everything, including the 2 main expansions, given that they are stored “naked”, without boxes.

[LANGUAGES] Do I need to know English or Italian to play?
No! Dance of Muses is language independent, meaning that there is no text to read on the game components. The rulebook will be included in the box in English and Italian. Downloadable digital rules will be available in German, French, Spanish and Greek.

[FULLFILLMENT] When the game will be released?
The base game is complete, but we need to see the end of the campaign to understand which Stretch Goals we will have to additionally produce. While the Print&Play will be delivered very soon after the campaign, we hope to be able to deliver the physical copies before the end of 2024. But just to be sure, we set the fulfilment in the first half of 2025.

[KICKSTARTER] Can I buy more copies / Can I buy through a Buying Group?
Getting multiple copies shipped to a single destination will reduce your shipping costs per copy.
You can add additional copies of the not-limited pledges via the add-ons section when you make your pledge, or by clicking the green “Manage my pledge” button, up right.
Please note that specific shipping fees will be calculated in the Pledge Manager when we’ll be ready to ship.

[EXCLUSIVES] Are the Kickstarter Exclusives REALLY exclusive?
The postcards, the poster, the cloth bag and the playmat are all exclusive for this campaign, meaning that we’ll produce them in smaller quantities and will not be available for retail. You can only obtain them by pledging this campaign! Please note that exceeding units from minimum printing quantity could still appear on the market.

[EXPANSIONS] How does the Token Expansion work exactly?
Each token is a single “mini expansion”, with the Divine power you can read in the dedicated paragraph in the campaign.
The rules are very simple: at the end of you turn, you can decide to put ONE token into play, OR move one already in play.
Once a token is in play, you can only move it, never remove it from the game.
Combining the 6 tokens (plus another element which is a stretch goal), you can vary strategy and even winning condition with a grand total of 576 combinations!

[EXPANSIONS] Do I need all the expansions?
All 6 mini-expansions (the 6 tokens included in the “Divine Interventions” expansion) are unique, work within the base game in a different way and add strategy variations. They can also be mixed up together, generating an astounding 576 combination of game variants! So, it’s really on your taste.

[EXPANSIONS] Why do I need the Alternative Dice?
You actually don’t. To play the “long version” of Dance of Muses, you just need an additional set of dice for each player. So, you can use your own favorited dice. But keep in mind that our Stretch Goals apply to ALL of our products, including our alternative dice sets.

A pledge manager is a website to manage your Kickstarter rewards post-campaign. [SHIPPING & TAXES] Are local sales taxes like VAT included in the pledge?
The shipping fee includes tax such as IVA or VAT. But since local taxes differ from country to country, additional taxes may apply to your imported package. Local sales taxes will be eventually charged in the Pledge Manager, post-campaign.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
